GatherGate.com's Policy Statement on Customer and User Privacy

GatherGate.Com does not sell nor make available to the public postal mail addresses, phone numbers, or other information gathered during registration or interaction with our customers. We do not make e-mail addresses of our site's users available to the public, unless a user explicitly enters it when advertising an item. We never sell e-mail addresses to third parties (for instance, to bulk e-mail advertisers).

Registered users have full control over how much information they make available to the public/visitors on a per item basis. A user may elect to not show any information on the site, and may be contacted via our Response form. Our Response System is a powerful tool for keeping track of potential buyers and/or sellers. It is a way for not showing any private contact information to the public, but still have a way for them to contact you!

We use web log analysis software on our server and keep the reports for internal use. We do not use these reports to identify individual users except in cases of deliberate miss-use of our system. We do not share our server usage logs with third parties.
